How long are sessions?
40-60 min per session (depending on session type).
Do you accept insurance?
Currently we only accept self pay. However, always email questions on getting help with the cost of sessions.
How do I know if I need life coaching or mental health therapy?
No worries, this is the purpose of the Initial Intake Interview, so you will have help with this.
Are there refunds?
NO, but if you need to reschedule and more than a 24 hour notice is provided (on a business day), we will help you reschedule within the same week where slots are available.
